  • C refers to the distance between the end face of the outer ring of the flexible bearing and the end face of the circular spline,

  • Please confirm the design size of the flange and wave generator in strict accordance with the clearance dimension of the harmonic drive gear box. If the size exceeds the clearance dimension, it will cause interference of the flex spline and flange or wave generator and affect the service life of the harmonic drive.

  • The installation of the harmonic gear reduction drive shall be designed according to the installation depth requirement of the wave generator. The different installation depths of the harmonic gear drive reducer will affect the parameters, such as the starting torque and precision of the reducer.
